Relaxing on the Beach

I got so bored when I sketched this.
That and I wanted to test out how I'm doing with proportions.

I'm not good at that subject, so I'll let the lot of ya judge for me, eh? :3

Tools: Paper, pencil, Adobe Photoshop CS2

I tried using the smudge tool to sort of add some sort of "watery" effect on the ocean. It turned out quite nice, in my opinion.

Ahh, the beach... the scenery reminds me of Mar Chiquita from Puerto Rico for some reason...
