I have always wanted to sketch out one of (if not THE) most beautiful Pokemon of all. The way it evolves is kind of touching...
Feebas, which looks pretty nasty to most trainers, is pretty elusive because of its want to hide its ugliness from others (it's only my opinion). However, when it encounters a trainer that might actually care for it (why else give it all of those PokeBlocks?), it evolves into this majestic beauty!
Tools: Paper, pencil, Adobe Photoshop CS2, Pokemon Colosseum (GC).
I think I did a "pretty" good job on this.
