F.E.L.I.X. Portrait

...I forgot to put my signature pawprint in. Oh, well. O_o

What started out as another one of my simple avatar pics turned out to be... more than I anticipated. I wasn't going to put it up here for a variety of reasons, but the mixture of glowing effects I did here were astonishing enough, even for me.

Of course, as usual, it's nothing to choke at.

Tools: Paper, pencil, Adobe Photoshop 7.0.

Subject in display: F.E.L.I.X. (I still need to decipher what his initials stand for... XD). Species: Trapinch. Title: Bounty Hunter.

Yes, I am fully aware that his legs are odd and wrongly-positioned. That being said, this was a bit rushed; I only wanted to make it into an avatar for MSN. But alas...

The lights around his collar indicate the amount of mystical relics he's found; the yellow lights mean he's acquired them while the unlit ones... well, they speak for themselves. XD

I wish I knew how to make a better Spazer beam, though. ...that is the Spazer beam, right? (I ask you fellow Super Metroid players; I forget quite often...)

His story is an interesting one. I might get around to it soon, as I've grown a bit attached to this character. ...but I've kept you too long. You may comment if you wish.
